Pet-Friendly Living
At 15th Hole Apartments, we understand that pets are family. We're proud to be a pet-friendly community that welcomes your furry companions. Our spacious apartments and beautiful grounds provide the perfect environment for you and your pets to enjoy.
To maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable community for all residents, we have established the following pet policy guidelines. Please review them carefully and contact our leasing office if you have any questions.
Important Pet Policy Notes:
- Maximum of 2 pets per household
- All residents must register with our pet screening service, even if you do not have a pet (no fee for pet-free households)
- Dog owners must also register with PooPrints DNA program (see details below)
Pet Screening
Pet Screening Process
All residents must register through our online pet screening service, even if you do not have a pet. For pet owners, the screening process assigns a "Paw Score" from 1-5 paws, which determines your pet fees. Higher paw scores result in lower fees. There is no fee for residents without pets.
Pet Processing Fee: $35 per pet (paid directly to petscreening.com)
PooPrints DNA Registration
Required for All Dogs
All dog owners must register their dogs with PooPrints DNA program. This helps us maintain a clean community environment and ensures responsible pet ownership. The registration process is simple and helps us identify any waste that isn't properly disposed of.

All pet fees are paid monthly with property rent. Fees are subject to change. Please contact our leasing office for the most current information.
Pet Guidelines
- Maximum of 2 pets per household
- Dogs must be 75 pounds or less when fully grown
- All pets must be registered with the management office
- Pet screening is required through our online portal
- Current vaccination records must be provided
- Dogs must be on leash in all common areas
- Pet waste must be properly disposed of in designated areas
- All dogs must be registered with PooPrints DNA program
Breed Restrictions
For the safety and comfort of all residents, the following dog breeds are not permitted:
Management reserves the right to make the final determination on any pet's eligibility to live in our community. Service animals and emotional support animals may be exempt from certain restrictions with proper documentation.
